It`s right on the main street of Ao Nang with the beach just across the road. We had a swim up pool room for our kids and a large room on the 3rd floor for ourselves. From the top you could see the pool area and look out to sea. By being set back off the main street it was quiet in the room and also at the pool. There was airconditioning in the bedroom and the sitting room as well as 2 balconies off each room. The bathtub was very welcome to cool down my sunburn. We got fresh towels every day, 2 to shower and 2 for the pool. One could also get extra beach towels at reception. There`s a fridge, 2 litres of fresh water every day, a coffee machine and a kettle. The rooms were kept clean and neat with white floors and lots of glas in the shower area. The pool area was usually pretty quiet. Well kept. Soft cushioned lilos and umbrellas for shade. We were able to get our rooms early, right on arrival at about 10.30 and when leaving made use of a special room which can be used to shower up and stay in after having to give up the room at 12 on the day one leaves. The breakfast was good, opening out to the main street with a view of the sea. There`s an egg cooking spot to order omelet, pancakes, fried or scrambeled eggs. Warm thai food and sweet cakes, fruit, joghurt and toast. Diverse teas and hot boiling water as well as large mugs. We made use of the pickup service from and to the airport and were very satisfied with it. As there were 4 of us the price difference to a taxi off the street was minute and not worth the trouble. The staff in the hotel no matter where and when were always friendly, helpfull and curtious. Some spoke better english than others but they all tried. We thought ourselves lucky to have been there in November as there was the night of the lanterns on the beach right in front of our hotel on the night of the full moon. It,was charming to see all the lit bulbs floating up over the water. Locationwise I don`t think we could have done better.

Each member of the staff was welcoming and helpful. Our second floor deluxe double room was large and comfortable. Attention was paid to the details. There were lots of shelves, enough places to hang towels and enough hangers. The shower had a door so no water all over the bathroom floor. There were many different lighting options and enough convenient plug-ins. Our room overlooked the pool area which is a lovely oasis with two interesting (and perfect temperature pools). Our south-facing patio was shaded and huge and the frosted glass railing was a nice touch as it made it very private. The best thing about the resort is the location. It is right across from the beach and the long tail boat booking. There are many stores and restaurants in the area and a fire show every night on the beach. A buffet breakfast is included and is served in a beautiful restaurant open on the beach side. Drinks and food are also served around the pool. Reading other reviews. I had been nervous about noise at night. We didn’t hear a thing and slept very well.

The location was excellent, directly across from the beach and with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The aircon was efficient. Our balcony was large and overlooked one of the pools. Breakfast choices were excellent and because I had informed them when I booked, that I have coeliac disease, they provided me with gluten free bread everyday. In addition, the attached restaurant 'Wanna's Place' where we ate breakfast became our regular eating place because they were able to ensure that I had a gluten free meal everyday. This was a huge relief as I had been struggling to find gluten free food during the beginning of our trip to Thailand. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were always smiling and friendly

We were expecting the worst after reading some google reviews about insects and cleanliness, and being trapped with the resort vegetarian options. The meals never had bugs on them. The staff kept the food netted. They also made us many options of Thai food with fried tofu. After landing in a very crowded main area of Ko Phi Phi, we had no interest in going back to that section and instead just hung out at the resort. They offered a half day snorkel which was great including seeing sharks and dozens of other fish. The staff were very nice and many people ended their stay by hugging them. Great mellow stay. The pricing was a little more than some other parts of Thailand - 400 baht for a massage instead of the average 300 we’d seen, but that is a difference of $2.50 or so

Very convenient location with Ao Nang beach right in front of hotel and Nopparat Beach just a 5min walk away. Hotel is in really great shape, there is no wear on the property. View from balcony is really nice (have been top floor). Pools are also really nice as you can see from pictures, but only 1,4m deep, which is fine, just not really made for your swimming training. Staff was always helpful and friendly. The property isn't too big, so it kinda has a family touch. Didn't use the in house restaurant too much, but everything was fine. Good if you long some Swiss food on your vacation.
